Velvære:
1 x Japansk Lifting: En inkluderet ansigtsbehandling, der balancerer meridianbanerne og giver fornyet energi og trivsel. (Tider fordeles, men kan byttes indbyrdes).

Vandring & Eventyr:
To guidede vandreture: Udforsk øens skjulte perler og afsides strande.
"Trappeturen": Op ad bjerget via 400 trappetrin (ca. 1,5 time).
"Gedestien": Langs bjergsiden (ca. 2,5 time).
Begge ture tilpasses gruppens tempo. Terrænet er ujævnt, så husk passende fodtøj og en rygsæk!

Mød din vært og undervisere:
Birgitte, en ægte Symi-kender med et hjerte for øen. Siden 1995 har hun besøgt Symi flere gange årligt og er endda den heldige ejer af et hus på øen. Dette dybe, personlige kendskab og hendes store netværk sikrer dig en helt autentisk og uforglemmelig oplevelse, hvor du vil se og mærke øen som en lokal.
Birgitte er desuden internationalt certificeret RCYT95 børneyogalærer og yin yogalærer. Til dagligt driver hun virksomheden Yogierne, hvor hun deler sin passion for yoga og velvære.
Din Qigong underviser:
Lisbeth Petrine er socialpædagog og har over 34 års erfaring med yoga, Body-Mind og alternative behandlingsformer. Lisbeth har utallige uddannelser inden for yoga, pilates, feldenkrais, qigong, massage/akupressur og har undervist i næsten 20 år. Hun har stor erfaring med at undervise forskellige mennesker og behov, herunder kræftramte og kronisk syge.
Praktisk information om Symi & Rejsen
Om øen Symi:
Symi er en lille, bakket ø (58 km²) i Det Dodekanesiske øhav. Her oplever du autentisk græsk atmosfære og varm gæstfrihed.
Klima: Symi ligger i læ for Tyrkiets kyst, hvilket giver højere temperaturer end på Rhodos. I september forventes typisk 30°C om dagen og ca. 25°C om natten.

Terræn: Symi er meget bakket med mange trapper. Rejsen er ikke egnet for gangbesværede. Vi anbefaler at rejse med let oppakning i en rygsæk.
Din rejse – du arrangerer selv:
Du flyver til Rhodos Lufthavn (RHO) og arrangerer selv videre transport og overnatning.
Fly til Rhodos: Book flybilletter hos charterselskaber (fra Billund, Aalborg, Hamborg eller København).
Transfer til færgehavnen: Tag en taxa fra lufthavnen til færgehavnen (kan også bookes online).
Færge til Symi: Sejlturen tager ca. 1 time. Færgebilletter kan bookes via fx Ferryhopper appen eller andre hjemmesider.
Overnatning på Symi: Book via booking.com eller lignende. Anbefaling: Vælg overnatning tæt på havnen/bådværftet eller i området Harani, da workshoppen afholdes og udgår herfra.

Well-being:
• 1 x Japanese Lifting: An included facial treatment that balances the meridian channels and provides renewed energy and well-being. (Times will be allocated, but can be swapped mutually).

Hiking & Adventure:
• Two Guided Hikes: Explore the island's hidden gems and secluded beaches.
• "The Staircase Walk": Up the mountain via 400 steps (approx. 1.5 hours).
• "The Goat Path": Along the mountainside (approx. 2.5 hours).
Both tours will be adapted to the group's pace. The terrain is uneven, so remember suitable footwear and a backpack!

Meet your Host and Instructors:
Birgitte, a true Symi connoisseur with a heart for the island. Since 1995, she has visited Symi multiple times annually and is even the lucky owner of a house on the island. This deep, personal knowledge and her extensive network ensure you an authentic and unforgettable experience where you will see and feel the island like a local.
Birgitte is also an internationally certified RCYT95 Children's Yoga Teacher and Yin Yoga Teacher. She runs the company Yogierne daily, where she shares her passion for yoga and well-being.
Your Qigong Instructor:
Lisbeth Petrine is a social educator and has over 34 years of experience with yoga, Body-Mind, and alternative therapies. Lisbeth has countless certifications in yoga, pilates, Feldenkrais, Qigong, massage/acupressure, and has been teaching for almost 20 years. She has extensive experience teaching diverse people and needs, including cancer patients and the chronically ill.
Practical Information about Symi & The Trip
About the Island of Symi:
Symi is a small, hilly island (58 km²) in the Dodecanese archipelago. Here, you will experience an authentic Greek atmosphere and warm hospitality.
Climate: Symi is sheltered by the coast of Turkey, resulting in higher temperatures than Rhodes. In September, typical daytime temperatures of \bm{30^{\circ}\text{C}} (86°F) and nighttime temperatures of approximately \bm{25^{\circ}\text{C}} (77°F) are expected.

Terrain: Symi is very hilly with many stairs. The trip is not suitable for people with mobility issues. We recommend traveling with light luggage in a backpack.
Your Journey – You arrange it yourself:
You fly to Rhodes Airport (RHO) and arrange further transportation and accommodation yourself.
• Flight to Rhodes: Book flights with charter companies (from Billund, Aalborg, Hamburg, or Copenhagen).
• Transfer to the Ferry Port: Take a taxi from the airport to the ferry port (can also be booked online).
• Ferry to Symi: The ferry trip takes about 1 hour. Ferry tickets can be booked via, for example, the Ferryhopper app or other websites.
• Accommodation on Symi: Book via booking.com or similar. Recommendation: Choose accommodation close to the harbor/boatyard or in the Harani area, as the workshop is held and departs from here.
