Yoga & Qigong:
* 4 x Morgenyoga: Dynamiske og statiske øvelser, skræddersyet til dit behov på måtten.
* 2 x Aftenyoga: Dybdearbejde med fokus på kropslig fordybelse og somatisk rystelse for at frigøre spændinger og skabe ro.

Vandring & Eventyr:
* To guidede vandreture: Vi udforsker øens skjulte perler, rå bjergsider og afsides strande.
* "Trappeturen": Op ad bjerget via 400 historiske trappetrin (ca. 1,5 time).
* "Gedestien": Langs den smukke bjergside (ca. 2,5 time).
* Begge ture tilpasses naturligvis gruppens tempo. Terrænet er råt og ujævnt, så husk godt fodtøj og en god rygsæk!

* Sejltur rundt om Symi med Poseidon
* En af ugens absolutte højdepunkter er vores heldagstur på vandet med den smukke båd, Poseidon. Vi tager en velfortjent pause fra vandrestierne og lader os i stedet forkæle af havbrisen, krystalklart vand og ren nydelse, mens vi sejler hele øen rundt.
* Praktisk info for turen:
* Afgang: Kl. 10.30 fra havnen.
* Hjemkomst: Kl. 17.30.
* Inkluderet: 5 fantastiske stop med masser af tid til svømning, kaffe samt en lækker B.B.Q. frokost ombord.
* Husk at pakke: Badetøj, solcreme, solhat, et håndklæde og dit gode humør. Glæd dig til en uforglemmelig dag, hvor vi bare skal flyde med, mærke elementerne og nyde Symi fra vandsiden!
Eksklusivt tilvalg: Japansk Lifting på briksen
Under dit ophold har du mulighed for at tilkøbe en luksuriøs og dybdegående behandling med Japansk Lifting. Behandlingen balancerer kroppens meridianbaner, frigør spændinger i ansigtet og støtter op om nervesystemets regulering og mental afbalancering.

Mød dine undervisere
Birgitte – Din vært og yogalærer
Birgitte er en ægte Symi-kender med et stort hjerte for øen. Siden 1995 har hun besøgt Symi flere gange årligt og ejer i dag sit eget hus på øen. Dette dybe, personlige kendskab og hendes lokale netværk sikrer dig en helt autentisk og uforglemmelig oplevelse, hvor du oplever øen indefra.
Birgitte er internationalt certificeret RCYT95 børneyogalærer og yin yogalærer. Til dagligt driver hun wellness-studiet Yogierne på Pagtergården.
Lisbeth Petrine – Din Qigong-underviser
Lisbeth Petrine er uddannet socialpædagog og har over 34 års erfaring med yoga, Body-Mind og alternative behandlingsformer. Lisbeth har utallige uddannelser bag sig inden for yoga, pilates, feldenkrais, qigong samt massage/akupressur og har undervist i næsten 20 år. Hun har stor erfaring med at tilpasse sin undervisning til alle slags kroppe og behov, herunder kronisk syge.
Praktisk information om Symi & Rejsen
Om øen Symi:
* Autentisk og uspoleret: Symi har en helt særlig, bakket magi (58 km²) i Det Dodekanesiske øhav med smuk arkitektur og varm gæstfrihed.
* Klima i august: Symi ligger i læ for Tyrkiets kyst. I august er der rigtig sommer med typisk 30-35°C om dagen og lune aftener.

* Terræn: Øen er meget bakket med mange trapper. Rejsen er derfor desværre ikke egnet for gangbesværede. Vi anbefaler varmt at rejse let, f.eks. med en god rygsæk.
Din rejse – du arrangerer selv:
Du arrangerer selv din transport og overnatning, hvilket giver dig fuld frihed til at vælge de rammer, du ønsker.
* Rejsen dertil: Den letteste måde at komme til Symi på er ved at flyve til Rhodos fra enten København, Billund, Aalborg eller Hamborg.
* Transfer til færgen: Fra Rhodos lufthavn tager du en taxa til færgehavnen (kan bookes på forhånd online).
* Færge til Symi: Sejlturen tager ca. 1 time. Billetter bookes nemt via fx Ferryhopper-appen.
* Overnatning på Symi: Book via Booking.com eller lignende. Anbefaling: Vælg overnatning tæt på havnen/bådværftet eller i området Harani, da vores workshop tager udgangspunkt herfra.

Here you get the chance to combine in-depth, somatic yin and qigong with raw and authentic nature. Hiking & Adventure:
* Two Guided Hikes: Explore the island's hidden gems, wild cliffs, and secluded beaches.
* "The Staircase Walk": Up the mountain via 400 historic steps (approx. 1.5 hours).
* "The Goat Path": Along the beautiful mountainside (approx. 2.5 hours).
* Both hikes are adapted to the group's pace. The terrain is rocky, so remember suitable footwear and a good backpack!

* Boat Trip Around Symi with Poseidon
* One of the absolute highlights of the week is our full-day trip on the water with the beautiful boat, Poseidon. We take a well-deserved break from the hiking trails and instead let ourselves be pampered by the sea breeze, crystal-clear water, and pure enjoyment as we sail all the way around the island.
* Practical Info for the Trip:
* Departure: 10:30 AM from the harbor.
* Return: 5:30 PM.
* Included: 5 fantastic stops with plenty of time for swimming, coffee, as well as a delicious B.B.Q. lunch on board.
* Remember to pack: Swimwear, sunscreen, a sun hat, a towel, and your good mood. Look forward to an unforgettable day where we just float along, feel the elements, and enjoy Symi from the water!

During the week, you have the option to book an exclusive, luxurious Japanese Lifting facial treatment. This treatment balances the body's meridian channels, releases deep facial tension, and supports nervous system regulation.

Dates and Timeline
The workshop starts on Monday, August 16 and concludes on Friday, August 20, 2027.
Important travel recommendation: Since we begin early Monday morning, we highly recommend booking your flights and accommodation so that you arrive in Rhodes or Symi no later than Sunday, August 15, 2027.
Meet your Host and Instructors
Birgitte – Your Host & Yoga Teacher
Birgitte is a true Symi connoisseur with a great passion for the island. Since 1995, she has visited Symi multiple times annually and is the owner of a house on the island. This deep, personal knowledge and her local network ensure you an authentic, unforgettable experience where you get to experience the island like a local. Birgitte is an internationally certified RCYT95 Children's Yoga Teacher and Yin Yoga Teacher. Daily, she runs the wellness studio Yogierne.
Lisbeth Petrine – Your Qigong Instructor
Lisbeth Petrine is a social educator and has over 34 years of experience with yoga, Body-Mind practices, and alternative therapies. Lisbeth holds numerous certifications in yoga, pilates, Feldenkrais, Qigong, and massage/acupressure, and has been teaching for nearly 20 years. She has extensive experience adapting her classes to suit all kinds of bodies and needs.
Practical Information about Symi & The Trip
About the Island of Symi:
* Authentic charm: Symi is a small, dramatic island (58 km²) in the Dodecanese archipelago, famous for its neoclassical architecture and warm hospitality.
* August Climate: Symi is sheltered by the Turkish coast. August brings beautiful Greek summer weather, with typical daytime temperatures around 30-35°C and warm, balmy evenings.

* Terrain: Symi is very hilly with many stairs. The trip is unfortunately not suitable for those with mobility difficulties. We highly recommend traveling light with a good backpack.
Your Journey – You arrange it yourself:
You arrange your own transportation and accommodation, giving you the freedom to choose the exact stay that suits your preferences.
* Getting there: The easiest way to reach Symi is by flying to Rhodes from either Copenhagen, Billund, Aalborg, or Hamburg.
* Transfer to the ferry: Take a taxi from Rhodes airport to the ferry port (can be pre-booked online).
* Ferry to Symi: The ferry ride takes about 1 hour. Tickets can easily be booked via apps like Ferryhopper.
* Accommodation on Symi: Book via Booking.com or similar platforms. Recommendation:* Choose a place close to the harbor/boatyard or in the Harani area, as the workshop departs from this location.
